The material: Soft Naoron
Soft Naoron is a strong, tearproof and highly water-resistant paper that stays soft and flexible. It is made from wood pulp and polyolefin utilizing the washi-suki paper manufacturing method. It does not emit noxious fumes when burned. Products made of Soft Naoron are suitable for daily use and age beautifully.
The ITO Soft Naoron Collection: 5 beautiful and useful storage accessories
The collection contains two open baskets in different sizes for the daily use at home as well as 3 different bags: an open tote, a clutch with press buttons and a big case with zipper. Every item is available in two colors, black and either gray or brown in the style of kraft paper.
The storage collection is designed modularly, e.g. the zip case fits into the Big Basket, the Clutch and the Tote. All items are collapsible flat. The height of the bags and boxes is variable by simply folding them over.
Small Basket / Yarn Box Small

A bag suitable for daily use and many occasions. The design is inspired by the omnipresent kraft paper bag, but more sustainable and perfect for the small purchase in between. Enough space for yarns and a knitting project, a magazine, cell phone and wallet as well.

Care Instructions
Clean with a well wrung out, damp cloth.
No contact with hot items. Do not iron.
Do not wash. Dark colors may change, fade or run out in contact with wet items, but material won’t tear.
The storage accessories are handcrafted for ITO by a small family-run company in the traditional paper region Yamanashi in the town of Ichikawamisato.
